Module aim (aims)
Introduce students to the subject of group work. A course is designed to provide students with basic knowledge of the theoretical foundations of working with groups and possible contexts for group work. After this course, students will have an understanding (and knowledge) of the group process, different types of group roles, group cohesion, and others. The role of the group leader and work ethics will be discussed. It offers the opportunity to learn and to reflect on the selected techniques and methods of group work, including working with a narrative approach and using metaphors. Opportunities and areas for using group work will also be demonstrated.
