Detailed information 1. Objectives of the module of the course / course: C1 Learning about administrative sanctions by the student C2. Acquiring the ability to understand and interpret the provisions of administrative offenses and the resulting financial and non-financial sanctions C3 Acquiring the ability to navigate the main legal acts of administrative law constituting administrative financial and non-financial penalties and the principles of their imposition C4 Preparation for the application of the interpretation of legal provisions in the field of administrative liability, financial sanctions C5 Developing the ability to write simple letters and studies and to use literature sources, judgments of courts and tribunals and administrative bodies public C6 Developing the skills of interpersonal communication and group work 2. Prerequisites for knowledge, skills and social competences (if applicable): Knowledge of the preceding subjects is a prerequisite, in particular knowledge of jurisprudence, constitutional law and administrative law and procedure.
