The course presents the structure of civil proceedings and the basic assumptions, elements and sources of civil procedural law with references to civil law, constitutional law and European Union law.

Pre-requisites in terms of knowledge, skills and social competences (where relevant)

Basic knowledge of civil law, constitutional law and European Union law.
