Course Mediation as an alternative method to solve conflict will start on October 11.
Module aim (aims)
• Transfer of knowledge about mediation (origin and development of mediation in Poland and selected European countries; aims, rules, institutions, types of mediation)
• Transfer of knowledge about disharmony, conflicts between people (types of conflict, main stages, ways of solving conflicts); legal course and other methods of solving conflicts
• Transfer of knowledge about mediators' work (tasks, methods and strategies of work)
• Preparation for proper identify and define of odds and loss during mediation
• Transfer of knowledge about low basics of mediation in Poland
• Develop of interpersonal communication skills and solving conflicts
• Develop teamwork skills.
