Module aim (aims)

Specific competencies to be achieved. The student will:1. Demonstrate an understanding of the benefits of starting gym classes program.2. Learn how to arrange diet3. Learn about the supplements4. Know how to perform correctly exercises for the appropriate muscle parts5. Learn what type of gym accessories they should have.6. Learn basic warm up and cool down stretching techniques.7. Learn how to cut the weight and how to increase the muscle mass8. Learn abut stretching after gym classes

Pre-requisites in terms of knowledge, skills and social competences (where relevant)

General competencies to be achieved. The student will:1. Learn the importance of healthful living and its contributions to his/herphysical, mental, social, and spiritual growth.2. Learn an activity that can be used in leisure time.3. Develop an interest in GYM.4. Develop skills in fitness5. Broaden his/her general knowledge about Gym classes


After completing gym classes student can show exercises for particular muscle parties and has basic knowledge about nutrition, diet and various types of training to modulate the body
