Power Bike is en exercise on stationary bikes modeled after cycling performed to music that sets the appriopate riding pace.

Module aim (aims)

Power Bike is an intense workout for the legs  and glutes, but also for the hips and abdomen. Engaging large muscle groups strengthens them and allows for fat reduction and body shaping. Regular spinning is an effective way to tone the body and improve body proporcion.

Pre-requisites in terms of knowledge, skills and social competences (where relevant)

The  student must have an average or good level of fitness in order to participate in power bike classe.  The sport school providens equipment such as spinning bikes, witch are located in the room prepared for these activities. Still the participant of the Power Bike classes must have a basic sports suite and sports foodwear.

Syllabus

Power Bike training is in intense workoute a stationary bike that improves fitness, burn calories and strengthens muscles, Sining is a form of cardio training that combines intense cycling on stationary bike with motivating music and an energetic atmosphere.

The student must have an average or good lavel of fitness in order to participate in power bike class. The sport school providens equipment such as spinning bikes, witch ale located in the room prepared for these activites.  Still the participant of the Power Bike classes must have a basic sports suite and soirts foodwear.

 

1. Intodruction to Power Bike , rules of bike setup and operation of the equipment.

2. Endurance training, riding of flat terrain at an appropriate cadence.

3.Strength - building training, uphill  climbs.

4. Regenerative training.

5. Interval training.
