Timetable
Course requires from Students some basic level of legal knowledge, especially on the area of Private law, Law of the EU, Civil law.
1st Part: Citizenship in general, European Citizenship
2nd Part: European Cictizenship in particularly aspects
3rd Part: Freedom of movement
4th Part: Crossborder immigartion within the EU
5th Part: European Family - legal regulations, programms and Agenda
6th Part: Submission and evaluation (Students's presentations)
Module aim (aims)
This course is meant for the Law of the European Union and cross-border aspects of natural person's daily living. During the course a lecture will kept and additionally case study provided on ECJ cases. Course should be helpful for cross-border aspects of living in European Union more than essential knowledge (European Citizenship, Citizenship Initiatives, European Diplomatic Assistance, European Family Law)

Syllabus
Each individual participant (Student) will be expected to bring a short presentation based on the lecture’s topics. Some cases of the EU Court of the Justice (ECJ) will be required In order to complete the course. Student could choose and submit her/his own preferred topic as a presentation.
