Module aim (aims)
1 To introduce the student to the history and civilization of ancient Rome.
2 To provide structured knowledge at an advanced level in the history and civilization of ancient Rome.
3 Formation of competencies related to the ability to place cultural phenomena in a historical context.
4 To provide advanced level knowledge about the formation of ancient cultures and civilizations, key processes, and significant ideological tendencies of Roman antiquity.

2. Roman history from the Republic to the Empire.
3. Roman economy.
4. Ancient religions.
5. Civil unrest in ancient Rome.
