Module aim (aims)
1 To introduce the student to the history and civilization of ancient Greece.
2 To provide structured knowledge at an advanced level in the history and civilization of ancient Greece.
3 Formation of competencies related to the ability to place cultural phenomena in a historical context.
4 To provide advanced level knowledge about the formation of ancient cultures and civilizations, key processes, significant ideological tendencies of Greek antiquity

1. The formation of state structures in the Greek world.
2. Society and economy of ancient poleis.
3. Philosophy and science in ancient Greece.
4. Ancient Democracy.
