Comprehend the concept and purpose of management
Evaluate the relevance of management theories and their application in understanding contemporary management.
Understand the processes of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling.

Knowledge - Student:

COURSE OVERVIEW
In the practical classes on Basics of Organization and Management, we will discuss the fundamentals and processes of organizational management and take a closer look at strategic management. We will analyze the characteristics of managers and the roles they play within organizations.

Grading scale with percentage distribution:
Very good (5.0): achieving at least 90%
Good plus (4.5): achieving at least 80%

Unsatisfactory (2.0): failure to achieve the expected learning outcomes.
Assessment Criteria
Active participation during class: 10%
Correctly answering questions based on case studies: 20%
Colloquium: 70%
The colloquium will consist of both multiple-choice and open-ended questions.
Attendance is mandatory; only one unexcused absence is permitted.
