Module aim (aims)
In this course we will adapt the human centered design method to create solutions to complex and wicked problems. We will learn how to develop products, services and strategies that are beneficial for their users, the environment and all of us. By working on real problems, we will incorporate practical skills and knowledge and combine them with the theoretical framework of design thinking. We will also look critically at the design process to answer questions about whether the method is really effective, feasible and desirable.
Pre-requisites in terms of knowledge, skills and social competences (where relevant)
