Module aim (aims)

Specific competencies to be achieved. Students will:1. Demonstrate basic technical skills of popular gym workout exercises  2. Know main main rules concerning gym workout theory .3. Understand and be aware of positive effects of physical effort during training.4. Learn how to properly prepare organism to team sports training.5. Understand the basic tactics elements of main workout's sets.6. Learn basic warm up and cool down stretching techniques.7. Learn about sport history.8. Learn how to train properly in order to avoid injuries.

Pre-requisites in terms of knowledge, skills and social competences (where relevant)

Having a student status Erasmus General competencies to be achieved. The student will:1. Learn the importance of healthful living and its contributions to his/herphysical, mental, social, and spiritual growth.2. Learn an activity that can be used in leisure time.3. Develop an interest sport and competition.4. Develop an adequate skills in physical efficiency.5. Broaden his/her general knowledge of sport

Syllabus

Designed to enhance aerobic ability while teaching proper techniques and fundamentals of basic body and muscle workout.
