Module aim (aims)
Explanation of the most important aspects relating to the application of metrology in chemical measurements. During classes a group of two or three students will carry out an independent research project with the application of the metrological rules: validation of the applied analytical procedure, establishing the traceability by the proper standards and reference materials and evaluation of uncertainty.
Pre-requisites in terms of knowledge, skills and social competences (where relevant)
Basic knowledge of statistics, mathematics, computer skills (Microsoft Excel)
