Module aim (aims)
This course is oriented to Law of the European Union, and cross-border aspects of human’s daily living. During the courses will be a lecture provided as well as a seminary and workshop based on the case study. Course seem to be helpful for cross-border aspects of living in European Union, and provides more than essential knowledge.
Pre-requisites in terms of knowledge, skills and social competences (where relevant)
Course requires from Students some ground level of legal knowledge, especially on the area of private law, Law of the EU, Civil Law, Constitutional Law and Family Law.
Syllabus
Each individual participant (Student) will be expected to submit individual cases based on the lecture’s topics, which are carefully submitted/indicated over the EU Court of the Justice of the EU, as well as his origins country courts jurisprudence. So students could pick up and refer their own preferred court’s cases too. Finally in order to complete the course each Student has to pass an written exam.
