Aim: to develop student's undersatnding of the princilples of health and fitness , focusing on key areas: Health ; Fitnes ;Body Awareness
Thise module aims to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to create susainable, personalized approches to maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle.

KNOWLEDGE
W1. Knows and understands basic concepts in the field of physical culture, health and nutrition
