Module aim (aims)

Classes aimed at increasing the body \'s efficiency and sclupting the body. Veriety of training depending on the instructor.

W1. Knows and underdtands basic ocncepts in the field of physical culturee, health and nutrition

W2. Understands the cause and effect relationships between one's own physical activity and health , development, resiurcefulness and physical fitness. 

W3. Students understands the need for healthy lifestyle. 

 

SKILLS

U1. Is able to assess to development of one's own physical fitness.

U2. Studends can adjust the type and intensity of exercises to them own needs. 

U3. Orginise activites for active recreation

U4. Plans and organizes activities for own health.

U5. Can play a healthy diet for their own health, development and  physical fitness.

1. Intruduction : Definition of health and fitness ;  The role of physical activity and healthy lfestyle 

2. Nutrition and Helathy Eating 

3. Types of Physical Activity ( practice exercises ) 

4. Fitness planning and Goal Setting
