the course includes 11 meets, 9 online, two face to face. Joint lecture with prof. Konstantinos Vlahos. The course is technically hosted by the Univeristy of Thessaloniki (Zoom, Moodle)
Module aim (aims)
Upon completation of the course students will be able:
- List the main features of the ancient Greeks and Roman undestanding of law;
- List the main trends and controversies in the private law in continental Europe since late medieval until today;
- List and evaluate the factors of diversity in private law in moder Europe
