Module aim (aims)

Introduce students to the subject of games and play. The classification, types and importance of play, games in the life and development of a child.

Understanding and knowing different types of games, e.g. integrating the group, creative, artistic, musical, researching, silencing, relaxing.

Getting to the issue pedagogy of play and techniques used in work with children at different stages of educational development and the special educational needs.

Individual analysis and creating games and play for group of children.

Mastering the rules necessary to lead workshops with the use of different techniques for children in kindergarten and primary school.

Observing classes prepared by a teacher in educational institutions, visiting various places related to the classes’ subject.

Designing and conducting classes using a variety of play and games for a specific age group.
