Module aim (aims)
• Transfer of knowledge about mediation (origin and development of mediation in Poland and European countries; aims, rules, institutions, types of mediation).
• Transfer of knowledge about interpersonal conflicts (types of conflict, stages, ways of solving disputes); legal and other methods of solving conflicts.
• Transfer of knowledge about mediators' work (tasks, methods and strategies).
• Preparation for proper identification and definition of odds and loss during mediation.
• Transfer of knowledge about law basics of mediation in Poland.
• Develop interpersonal communication skills.
• Develop teamwork skills.
