Module aim (aims)

Acquisition by the student of knowledge in the field protection of cultural property, including elements of criminal law, procedural criminal law, public international law, and monument protection law.

Pre-requisites in terms of knowledge, skills and social competences (where relevant)

A proposal for students with basic knowledge of: public international law (including good knowledge of the functioning of international organizations), international criminal law, domestic criminal law and criminal proceeding law.
