Module aim (aims)
classes aimed at increasing the body's efficiency and sculpting the body. Variety of training depending on the instructor's preferences. Types of fitness classes:
Tabata
Body sculpture (strengthening exercises)
Dance fitness
Circuit training
Functional training
Pilates
Healthy spine
Nutrition & healthy food lecture
Pre-requisites in terms of knowledge, skills and social competences (where relevant)
KNOWLEDGE
W1. Knows and understands basic concepts in the field of physical culture, health and nutrition
W2. Understands the cause and effect relationships between one's own physical activity and health, development, resourcefulness and physical fitness.
