Module aim (aims)
This course equips you with the skills and knowledge you need to build to strengthen your leadership skills.
Pre-requisites in terms of knowledge, skills and social competences (where relevant)
At least communicative level of English, preferably B2 or higher.
Syllabus
One meeting = 3x45 minutes.

Week 2.Ethics in leadership.
Week 3.The art of delegating and cooperating.
Week 4.Building a healthy team. Team dysfunctions.
Week 5.Leading a multigenerational team.
