Module aim (aims)
Course Description: A continuation of Polish language topics for further development of proficiency in linguistic skills (reading, writing, speaking and listening). Learning objectives: 1) Build communication skills in Polish language for real-life scenarios. 2) Review the fundamental concepts of Polish grammar. 3) Learn rhetorical strategies for making and debating claims and discussing cultural topics. 4) Acquire tools for self-directed language study.
Pre-requisites in terms of knowledge, skills and social competences (where relevant)
Learning Outcomes: Having completed this course, students will be able to 1) understand simple sentences on B2 level; 2) recognize and use grammatically correct forms without hindering the communication process; 3) understand Polish texts on B2 level; 4) use Polish to communicate in typical everyday situations and take part in conversation employing politeness strategies by the interlocutors.
