Timetable
Collegium Geologicum is located at the Morasko Campus, 200 metres from the geography building.
Timetable will be determined together with students.
Module aim (aims)
The course is aimed to introduce in an easy and comprehensible way the knowledge about the scientific work and preparation of a scientific publication.
Pre-requisites in terms of knowledge, skills and social competences (where relevant)
Basic knowledge in Earth sciences or archaeology.
The knowledge is presented at the level that is accessible not only for the geology students, but also for students of other educational disciplines.
Syllabus
Week1-10: Practical exercises - research problem - samples - methods - bibliography - results - interpretation - presentation - publication. Preparation of publications for review. Discussion.
