Timetable

Course requires from Students some ground level of legal knowledge, especially on the area of private law, Law of the EU, Civil Law.

Module aim (aims)

This course is oriented to the Law of the European Union, and cross-border aspects of human daily living. During the course will be a lecture provided as well as a workshop based on the case study.  Course should be helpful for cross-border aspects of living in European Union providing more than essential knowledge

Pre-requisites in terms of knowledge, skills and social competences (where relevant)

Syllabus

Each individual participant (Student) will be expected to bring a short presentation based on the lecture’s topics. Some cases of the EU Court of the Justice will be required In order to complete the course.  Student could choose and submit her/his own preferred topic or courts' judgement too
