Module aim (aims)

Student will: 1)demonstrate an anderstanding of the benefits of starting gym classes program 2)learn how to arrange diet 3)learn about the supplements 4)know how to perform correctly exercises for the appropiate musce part 5)learn basic warm up and cool down stretching techniques

general competencie to be achieved. Student will:1)learn the importance of healthful living and its contributions to his/her physical, mental, social and spirytual growth 2) learn an activity that can be used in lesisure time 3) develop an interest in Gym 4) develop skills in fitness
Syllabus
After completing gym classes student can show exercises for particular muscle parties and has basic knowledge about nutrition, diet and various types of traning to modulate the body
