Module aim (aims)
Learning effect: The student knows systematics terminology of practicular classes Fitness. Basic motor skills in the fiels, basic steps and exercises of various forms fitness and healthy training. Students know how use basic equipment and utensils in improving your physical fitness. Students knows the basic muscle anatomy and exercise technique and cares about the level of own fitness program.
Pre-requisites in terms of knowledge, skills and social competences (where relevant)
Claeses is for everyone who want care about health and want to learn how to practice exercise.
In 15 clasess students will have funkcional exercises. Mastering basic fitness skills uses in fitness and funkcional training. Gettig to know the proper technique of exercises, muscle anatomy and their funkcioning in training. Fitness influence on health. Maintaining health and safety BHP rules during clasess.
