Module aim (aims)
The students knowa systematics terminology of praticular clasess Fitness. Basic motor skills in the field, basic steps and exercises of various forms fitness and healthy training. Students know how use basic equipment and utensils in improving your physical fitness. Students knows basic musicle anatomy and exercise technique and cares about level of own fitness program.
Pre-requisites in terms of knowledge, skills and social competences (where relevant)
Dedicate for everyone students who want care about health and good condition
Didactic methods: synthetic, analitical, reproductive, informative lecture, talk, description, demonstration.
15 clasess - in everyone students will have funkcional exercises. Mastering basic fitness skills used in fitness and funkcional training. Getting to know the proper technique of exercises, muscle anatomy and their functioning in training. Fitness influence on health. Maintaining health and safety BHP rules during clasess.
