Module aim (aims)
· The course gives insight into the basics and model of international criminal law and procedure with references to European and International Criminal Law;· gives also the knowledge about evolution of international criminal law;· establishment and jurisprudence of ad hoc international criminal courts;· permanent International Criminal Cort
Pre-requisites in terms of knowledge, skills and social competences (where relevant)
Basic information on criminal law; preferably course of criminal substantial law, criminal procedure. Student should understand basic institutions and principles of criminal law and procedure.
