Module aim (aims)

Acquainting students with bases of structure and function of human organism
Acquainting students with mechanisms of interactions between cells, tissues and organs of the animal and human body
Preparation of students to design and make simple scientific experiments
Preparation of students to interpretation of the research results and writing short scientific reports
Providing knowledge on health and safety rules in the laboratory of physiology

Pre-requisites in terms of knowledge, skills and social competences (where relevant)

Basic knowledge in biochemistry and cell biology
